Creating a Strategy

👉 You can create a strategy by clicking on the ‘Create New Strategy’ button on the right-hand side.

👉 You will be asked the following details before setting up the automation workflow.

1. Name of the strategy (Identifier of the strategy and visible on Campaigns page)

2. Description of Campaign

3. Target segments. You can choose multiple segments. After you choose a segment, you will get to know the number of customers being targeted.

👉 After clicking on Save, you are taken to the strategy creation page. On this page, you can see:

1. The top bar (can be modified by clicking on the Edit button) shows the inputs taken in the previous screen:
1. Strategy Name
2. Targeted segments and
3. Reach

2. Maximize and Minimize the canvas

3. Reset canvas - Clicking on this will remove all the saved details from the canvas. Do this if you want to start again. Resetting only clears the canvas, the strategy name, and targeted segments remain intact.

4. Status of the strategy

5. Save and Exit - Clicking on this will save the progress of the strategy and take you back to the campaigns list

6. Delete - Clicking on this will delete the strategy.

7. Activate Strategy - Clicking on this will Activate the Strategy. Based on the trigger that you have chosen, you will be asked to confirm the dates. You can also repeat a strategy by choosing the desired option

If repeat is selected, you will be shown various options for repeat and the suggested date of repeat. Choose the date to stop recurring it infinitely
