Segment based on survey responses

Qubriux allows you to target specific customers based on their responses to questionnaire/survey sent by you.

Add condition based on Survey Score -

1. Create a Survey(as described in earlier pages) having some score based questions

1. While adding conditions in segment creation, scroll down till the surveys part comes, select the survey you want to target and add the condition values

2. Add the rest of the conditions as required and save the segment.
